Dieng Geothermal Small Scale 10 MW Central Java
Around the world, countries are striving to achieve carbon neutrality.
To reach this goal, they are promoting the transition from carbon dioxide-emitting power generation methods, such as thermal power, to renewable energy sources like solar, wind and geothermal energy. Among these renewable options, geothermal energy offers a great advantage: it can generate power continuously and stably, regardless of the season or time of day, making it a reliable baseload power source.
Geothermal power generation works by produced underground fluids heated by geothermal energy to drive turbines and producing electricity.
TOYO’s Carbon Neutral Park Concept
TOYO is utilizing its experiences in supporting oil and gas development companies, as well as in methane hydrate and rare earth elements development, to advance geothermal development. TOYO offers a variety of technologies, including “optical fiber-based subsurface monitoring technology” to optimize development planning, “closed-loop technology” to enhance and stabilize geothermal production, “scale prevention and removal technology” to minimize production downtime, and “metal extraction technology” to create added value. By integrating these solutions, TOYO is advancing the comprehensive development and optimization of geothermal fields, working towards the realization of a “Carbon Neutral Park” that maximizes the potential of geothermal energy.
