The Company has been preparing to announce its financial results for the fiscal year ended March 2020 on May 14, 2020, however, in consideration of the situation that it is difficult to determine the schedule for completing year-end accounting closing work for the Company’s consolidated Indian subsidiary, we will inform you as follows.
1. Postponement of announcement
The announcement of financial results for the fiscal year ended March 2020 scheduled on May 14, 2020 will be postponed. Revised date of announcement will be informed as soon as it is determined.
2. Reason for postponement
Due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection in India, year-end accounting closing work for the Company’s Indian Subsidiary, Toyo Engineering India Private Limited located in Mumbai, Maharashtra state has been delayed. The lockdown measures that had been implemented nationwide in India until April 14 have been extended by another two weeks. In this situation, it is difficult to determine the schedule for completing year-end accounting closing work on consolidated basis, so original date of announcement will be postponed.
3. Revised schedule
Revised date of announcement will be informed as soon as it is determined.
