On April 23, 2020, the Board of Directors resolved on the following changes in Board of Directors.

1 ) Newly Appointed Director (To be discussed at general shareholder's meeting to be held on 2020)

Tatsuya Terazawa & Sayoko Miyairi are newly Outside Director candidate. If they are elected, the Company will designate them as an Independent Officer as stipulated by the regulations of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
