TOYO ENGINEERING CORPORATION (hereinafter, the “Company”) makes the following amendment on account of the existence of a matter that should be amended on the “Consolidated Financial Results for the Fiscal Year Ended March 31, 2018,” which the Company disclosed on May 15, 2018. The numerical data after the amendment is also transmitted since there was a numerical data that should be amended.
