NIPPON STEEL & SUMIKIN ENGINEERING CO., LTD.
Toyo Engineering Corporation (TOYO, President and CEO Kiyoshi Nakao) and NIPPON STEEL & SUMIKIN ENGINEERING CO., LTD. (NSENGI, Representative Director and President Shinichi Fujiwara) signed a comprehensive collaboration agreement today and will collaborate to enhance competitiveness of both companies. TOYO and NSENGI will establish a steering committee for this purpose and will develop and promote collaborative businesses and projects based on the agreement.
TOYO and NSENGI will collaborate widely in expectation of increase in corporate value of both companies. Collaboration will be made through mutual provision of their respective business resources in such areas as business cooperation both in Japan and abroad, new business development, equipment and material procurement, sharing of engineering know-how, and human resources utilization.
The validity of the agreement is three years from December 27, 2017 and is extendable with mutual consent.
