On February 24, 2012, the Board of Directors decided on the following appointment for the office of President and CEO, effective upon a resolution at the Annual Shareholder's Meeting on 27 June, 2012. This new appointment synchronizes with the launching of and invigorates the next 4 year middle term corporate plan aimed at the growing corporate value of TOYO.
