As of October 1, 2007, Toyo Engineering Corporation makes a change in organization as follows:

2. | Objectives of the organizational change |
The reorganization is intended to intensify client support services, such as proposal-type consulting and operation and maintenance services, and equipment and solutions provided for non-hydrocarbon industries for further deployment of our domestic businesses. In these areas, separate response to clients by the equipment section and the IT section, as conventionally done, cannot reply to complex client needs, and therefore we have decided to integrate the two domestically oriented organizations. With the single window for clients, we will be able to provide clients with our quick and consistent high-quality services and resolutions, utilizing the advantage of the new unit that it can respond in an integrated manner to both equipment and IT requirements. |
