Toyo Engineering Corporation announced today the postponement of announcement for its financial results fiscal year ended March 31, 2017 to May 19th, from May 12th originally scheduled.
It is because the accounting closing procedure at an overseas affiliate takes a little more time than expected. Therefore the Company’s consolidated accounting closing procedure will be going on by the date.
