Contract & Legal Executive

Job Purpose
- To provide legal advisory for the Company;
- To provide assurance on compliance matter and corporate governance matter
Principle Accountabilities
- Legal:
- To provide legal advisory in all aspects of organization business building contracts and procurement, commercial agreement, project management;
- To review, negotiate, and administer legal and transactional documentations;
- Engage with key clients and external vendors to monitor contract negotiations, tendering and provide recommendations;
- Manages potential disputes and litigation matters; and
- Ceating legal template documents and agreements for the Company
- Internal Corporate Secretarial:
- To attend Directors' needs and request whenever necessary;
- Supporting company in anti-bribery and anti-corruption act compliance
- Compliance:
- Drafting and implement Company's policies and procedures. May be the focal person or the custodian of the Company's Whistleblowing Policy;

Education, Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum BA Degree in Law;
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in private practice and/or reputable listed firms, preferably in a downstream Oil & Gas industry;
- A recognized legal degree, LLB;
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, authorities, and external parties;
- Experience in drafting, vetting, and familiar with company and commercial laws, listing guidelines;

Senior Process Engineer

- Candidate must possess a Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Priority given to Malaysian nationality
- Minimum 15 years of process engineering/design experience with Engineering Company in Oil &Gas and Petrochemical industries (Onshore). Have EPCC and FS project cycle experience

Senior Process Safety Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Responsible to undertake as Senior Process Safety Engineer, review and liaise with third part consultant, and client related to Process Safety Studies, Loss Prevention Studies as well as Fire Protection Engineering Design.
- Responsible to undertake safety studies for some engineering deliverables.
- Ensure the quality of third party consultant’s work and timely execution of project delivery.

Senior Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering Electrical design engineering work efficiently and in a timely manner during proposal and project delivery stage.
- Electrical Design & Engineering Work - to develop engineering design work based on requirements and to coordinate with other departments on the design work.
- Preparing pre-commissioning/commissioning procedure and assistance.
- Construction Assistance - to provide supervision at the construction site (depends on projects varies from few days to few months)

Senior Mechanical (Rotating) Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
- Execute project and be responsible for the proper and timely execution in ensuring the Department quality management system and any project specific contractual requirements are met.
- Execute basic and detail engineering for rotating and package equipment such as compressor, pump, package equipment and material handling equipment.
- Developing mechanical deliverable documents such as engineering specification, mechanical datasheet, requisition, equipment technical bid evaluation and also reviewing vendor document.

- Must be competent to review in-house and vendor P&ID
- Must have experience participating on design review and safety studies with Client

Senior Piping Material Engineer

Job Requirements:
- Possess Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma of Professional Degree in Material Science, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Min. 10 years of working experience in the related field.
- Excellent knowledge in international codes such as ASME 31.3, API, ASTM, BS, JIP 33, etc. Familiar with the basis of calculations stated in ASME B31.3, such as branch calculations and wall thickness calculations.
- Familiar of preparation of piping material class, valve and piping specialty data sheets.

Piping Design Engineer/Designer

Job Requirements:
- Possess a Degree (for Engineer) or Diploma (for Designer) in Mechanical/Chemical/Material Engineering or Certificate in Mechanical Drafting.
- Minimum 6 years (for Design Engineer) and 8 years (for Designer) experience in piping design in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industries.

Procurement Coordinator (Buyer)

Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing for suitable vendors and maintain good relationship with Vendor's PIC.
- Coordinate with other departments on their requisition requirements with vendors.
- Nominate and finalize vendors selection to float Request for Quotation (RFQ) and monitor quotation submission.
- Communicate with vendors for quotation submission.
- Distribute quotation copies to Project Dept. and Engineering Dept. and report submission status to Procurement Manager.

- Design HSE Engineer shall perform the following activities:
- Develop document related to Design HSE studies – Design HSE Plan, Design HSE Studies Schedule etc
- Selection and appointment of third party consultants for the Design HSE Studies and coordination work with the involvement in preparation of input/output design documents analysis, reports and close-out reports as required by Clients and ITB including but not limited to the following desktop studies and review sessions:
- HAZID;
- HAZOP;
- IPF;
- HRA;
- QRA;
- HER & Bow-Tie;
- Gas Dispersion Study;
- CIMAH;
- Human Factor Engineering;
- F&G Mapping; and
- Fire Safety Analysis Report (FSAR),
- Mechanical Integrity Delivarables etc.
- Involved in preparation of Fire Safety Design Philosophy / HSE Philosophy.
- To develop the following documents and analysis including but not limited to:
- Fire Protection System Design Basis/Philosophies
- Fire water network hydraulic calculations
- Fire protection equipment layout
- Fire and Gas cause-and-effect diagrams
- Fire and Gas detection layouts
- Fire fighting and safety equipment specifications
- Passive fire protection layouts
- Fire and Gas Design & Control Philosophies etc.
- Installation/pre-commissioning activities and BOMBA matters
- prepare procedures for testing and pre-commissioning activities, site coordination work between sub-contractors and vendors, construction team and owners
- participate in the testing and pre-commissioning activities
- BOMBA submission and approval matter – FSDP, Active Submission and BOMBA site functional testing and inspection.
Requirements:
- Candidates must posses Chemical or Mechanical Engineering background from recognized University.
- Candidate with Fire Safety Engineering qualification will be of added advantage.
- More than 6 years of engineering design experience in Design HSE studies for Onshore Petrochemical Plant, Oil & Gas refineries and/or offshore facilities; or
- Competent user of Sound Plan, DNV PHAST/ Safeti software will be of added advantage.
- Engineering design experience in Fire Protection System and Fire & Gas Detection System Engineering Design will be of added advantage.
- Possess qualification on Fire Safety
- Willingness to travel to Site to support commissioning activity and BOMBA inspection.
- Possess positive working attitude in acquiring basic knowledge of multitude engineering disciplines – Chemical, Instrument, Electrical, Mechanical, Piping Design and Civil.
- Good skills and experience to operate Auto-CAD is an added advantage.
- PC literate (Ms Word / Excel / PowerPoint / MS Project)
- Ability to work in teams and posses excellent interpersonal, communication/presentation and report writing skills.
