Senior Process Engineer

Closing date; 31st Aug 2024

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess a Degree in Chemical Engineering
Priority given to Malaysian nationality
Minimum 15 years of process engineering/design experience with Engineering Company in Oil &Gas and Petrochemical industries (Onshore). Have EPCC and FS project cycle experience
7 years of experience as Lead Process
Familiar with international codes and standard (especially API, PTS (PETRONAS Technical Standard), SHELL DEP, etc.)
Having previous experience in Greenfield, Brownfield and plant modification projects
Able to work in team, independent as a Team Leader and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and writing skills

Senior Civil & Structure Engineer

Job Requirement:

Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Registered with BEM
At least 10 Years of working experience in Civil & Structural Design works in on-shore Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries.
Minimum 8 years of working experience in brownfield plant.
Knowledgeable to operate STAAD pro, AutoCAD and ESTEEM.
Able to do BQ estimation for cost estimation and as-built purpose.
Able to do inter-discipline co-ordination and possess good communication skills with client and sub-contractor.

Job Descriptions:

Senior Commissioning Engineer

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess Degree in Chemical Engineering.
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Plant Operation in Pre commissioning & commissioning works. Experience in Refinery Plant is an advantages
Experience in Smooth Start-Up Program Implementation preparation and involvement in OIM, FIE , CRA, ORA & health checks.
Experience in preparing Plant Systemization, Pre-commissioning, Startup & Commissioning and Operating Manual Procedures Preparation.
Experience in Field Pre-commissioning, Plant Start Up & Commissioning including pre-startup review (PSSR), JSA preparation, system walk down, punch list closure, etc.
Able to prepare and establish schedule and man power requirement and machinery/tools planning for pre commissioning /commissioning activities.

Senior Process Safety Engineer

Responsibilities:

Responsible to undertake as Senior Process Safety Engineer, review and liaise with third part consultant, and client related to Process Safety Studies, Loss Prevention Studies as well as Fire Protection Engineering Design.
Responsible to undertake safety studies for some engineering deliverables.
Ensure the quality of third party consultant’s work and timely execution of project delivery.
Responsible for the Engineering, Procurement activities; also expected to provide support to Construction and Commissioning team where required.
Responsible to assist in proposal execution such as preparation of comprehensive and attractive technical write-up, cost and man-hour estimation.
Senior Process Safety Engineer Shall perform the following activities:
- Develop Design HSE Plan, Process Safety Studies Schedule etc
- Selection and appointment of third party consultants for the Safety Studies and coordination work with the involvement in preparation of input/output design documents analysis, reports and close-out reports as required by Clients and ITB including but not limited to the following desktop studies and review sessions:
  - HAZID;
  - HAZOP;
  - IPF;
  - HRA;
  - QRA;
  - HER & Bow-Tie;
  - Gas Dispersion Study;
  - CIMAH;
  - Human Factor Engineering;
  - F&G Mapping; and
  - Fire Safety Analysis Report (FSAR),
  - Mechanical Integrity Delivarables etc.
- Involved in preparation of Fire Safety Design Philosophy / HSE Philosophy.
- To develop the following documents and analysis including but not limited to:
  - Fire Protection System Design Basis/Philosophies
  - Fire water network hydraulic calculations
  - Fire protection equipment layout
  - Fire and Gas cause-and-effect diagrams
  - Fire fighting and safety equipment specifications
  - Passive fire protection layouts
  - Fire and Gas Design & Control Philosophies etc.
- Installation/pre-commissioning activities and BOMBA matters
  - prepare procedures for testing and pre-commissioning activities, site coordination work between sub-contractors and vendors, construction team and owners
  - participate in the testing and pre-commissioning activities
  - BOMBA submission and approval matter – FSDP, Active Submission and BOMBA site functional testing and inspection.

Requirements:

Candidates must posses Chemical or Mechanical Engineering background from recognized University.
Candidate with Fire Safety Engineering qualification will be of added advantage.
Engineering Degree holder with Minimum ten (10) to fifteen (15) years’ experience working in Oil and Gas Industry, Petrochemical Plant with EPCC Project experience.
Competent user of Sound Plan, DNV PHAST/ Safeti software will be of added advantage.
Engineering design experience in Fire Protection System and Fire & Gas Detection System Engineering Design will be of added advantage.
Possess qualification on Fire Safety
Willingness to travel to Site to support commissioning activity and BOMBA inspection.
Possess positive working attitude in acquiring basic knowledge of multitude engineering disciplines – Chemical, Instrument, Electrical, Mechanical, Piping Design and Civil.
Good skills and experience to operate Auto-CAD is an added advantage.

Senior Electrical Engineer

Closing date; 31st Aug 2024

Responsibilities:

Responsible for delivering Electrical design engineering work efficiently and in a timely manner during proposal and project delivery stage.
Electrical Design & Engineering Work - to develop engineering design work based on requirements and to coordinate with other departments on the design work.
Preparing pre-commissioning/commissioning procedure and assistance.
Construction Assistance - to provide supervision at the construction site (depends on projects varies from few days to few months)
Procurement Assistance - to provide data sheet to Procurement, prepare bid tabulation and conduct evaluation on vendors' quotation

Requirements:

Possess a Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 10 years of working experience preferably in Oil & Gas industry.
Able to use ETAP - Power System Study
Capable to prepare electrical deliverables such as Single Line Diagram, Load Schedule, Motor Control Schedule, Cable Schedule, Cable routing drawing, Power and Control drawing, Area Classification drawing, grounding drawing, etc.
Sufficient knowledge of International Codes & Standards in relation to Electrical Design
Able to undertake works in electrical design up to construction site at site (supervision).
Experience in Project Engineering, Preparation of Electical Inquiry Documents and commercial/technical Bid Evaluation. MTO and Cost Estimation and Inter-Discipline coordination
Familiar with Electrical Equipments such as Transformers, HV & LV Switchgear, MCC, Motors, UPS, LCS, Communication equipments, etc.
Able to perform Electrical calculation such as Cable sizing/Voltage Drop calculation, Short circuit study, etc.
PC literate (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and knowledge in Auto-Cad
Ability to work in team, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Registered with BEM (Board of Engineers Malaysia).

Senior Mechanical (Rotating) Engineer

Closing date; 31st Aug 2024

Job Responsibilities:

Execute project and be responsible for the proper and timely execution in ensuring the Department quality management system and any project specific contractual requirements are met.
Execute basic and detail engineering for rotating and package equipment such as compressor, pump, package equipment and material handling equipment.
Developing mechanical deliverable documents such as engineering specification, mechanical datasheet, requisition, equipment technical bid evaluation and also reviewing vendor document.
Effective communication among other engineering disciplines, project management, and Client teams.
Provide information to other disciplines such as loading data, construction bill of quantity, electric load, and also field work instruction.
Perform proposal development related to the mechanical scope of work.
Support installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning of rotating and package equipment activities at site.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess Degree in Mechanical Engineering background from recognized university.
At least 7-10 years working experience in oil & gas or petrochemical industry. Candidate with experience working in other EPC/EPCM company will have added advantage.
In depth experience and knowledge of rotating equipment ranging from compressor, pump, and turbine. Experience with package equipment such as boiler, cooling tower and material handling equipment will be added advantage.
Must be competent to review in-house and vendor P&ID
Must have experience participating on design review and safety studies with Client
Possess excellent interpersonal, communication/presentation and report writing skills.
Understanding in rotating equipment design code and standard such as API and ASME codes and also have experienced with Client standard such as Petronas PTS and Shell DEP.
Willing to be temporarily relocated at site to support installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
Registered with BEM (Board of Engineers Malaysia).

Senior Piping Material Engineer

Job Requirements:

Possess Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma of Professional Degree in Material Science, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Min. 10 years of working experience in the related field.
Excellent knowledge in international codes such as ASME 31.3, API, ASTM, BS, JIP 33, etc. Familiar with the basis of calculations stated in ASME B31.3, such as branch calculations and wall thickness calculations.
Familiar of preparation of piping material class, valve and piping specialty data sheets.
Good material database skill and experience to work in integrated material control systems (Eg. SPMat, etc) with 3D CAD software such as S3D/E3D is preferable.
Able to work in team and possess excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills.
PC literate (MS Word & Excel as a minimum).
Good command in English (spoken and written).

Job Responsibilities:

Review contract and bid documents, process licensor's requirements, client's requirements.
Select applicable standard, codes and specification and incorporate them in the job specification.
Establish Insulation Specification and Painting Specification.
Provide data (material catalogue) for piping components to 3D CAD Administrator / Coordinator.
Prepare valve and piping specialty part data sheets.
Prepare material requisition (inquiry) package for piping materials.
Prepare Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) report based on vendor quotation and technical clarification outcome.
Review and comment (when required) vendor data documents and drawings.
Liaise with client and vendor for technical discussion pertaining to piping material.
Inter-discipline coordination work.
Supervise Material Take-Off (MTO) activities and matters related to piping material within piping department.
Provide guidance and training to junior engineer.

Process Engineer

5-8 years of process engineering/design experience with ENGINEERING COMPANY in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and/or Refinery industries.
Familiar with international codes and standard (especially API, PTS (PETRONAS Technical Standard), SHELL DEP, etc.)
Having previous experience in Greenfield, Brownfield and plant modification projects.

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical, Material Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years (for senior level) and 6 years (for mid-level) experience in piping design in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industries.
Familiar with international codes and standard (especially ASME31.3, ASME, API, PTS, SHELL DEP, JIP 33, etc.)
Good knowledge in preparation of engineering specifications and job instructions for piping designs, materials, insulation, painting etc.
Good knowledge in Plant Layout Planning and Detailed Piping Design in view of Construction, Process Flow Scheme, Machinery Operation etc.

Able to carry out site survey to gain required information and/or verification of existing plant documentation.

Piping Design Engineer/Designer

Job Requirements:

Possess a Degree (for Engineer) or Diploma (for Designer) in Mechanical/Chemical/Material Engineering or Certificate in Mechanical Drafting.
Minimum 6 years (for Design Engineer) and 8 years (for Designer) experience in piping design in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industries.
Good knowledge in drawing preparation of Plot Plan, Key Plan, Underground and Aboveground Piping Plan, Detailed Pipe Support and Construction Isometric.
Good knowledge and ability to prepare civil information and mechanical information such as Pipe Rack, Platform Structure, Nozzle Orientation, Vessel Clip, etc.
Having previous experience handling revamp project, and/or greenfield project.
Able to carry out site survey in order to gain required information and/or verification of existing plant documentation.

Procurement Coordinator (Buyer)

Closing date; 31st Aug 2024

Job Responsibilities:

Sourcing for suitable vendors and maintain good relationship with Vendor's PIC.
Coordinate with other departments on their requisition requirements with vendors.
Nominate and finalize vendors selection to float Request for Quotation (RFQ) and monitor quotation submission.
Communicate with vendors for quotation submission.
Distribute quotation copies to Project Dept. and Engineering Dept. and report submission status to Procurement Manager.
Assist Procurement Manager in finalizing Vendor Selection upon receipt of quotation tabulation and evaluation from Project or Engineering Dept.
Negotiate with vendors for better rates/deal.
Prepare and issue Purchase Order to selected Vendors.
Liaise wiht Transportation Dept. in Tax Exemption/Local Sales Tax and logistic matters prior placing orders.
Assist and expedite delivery of purchased goods.
Liaise with QA/QC department on quality issues for items being purchased.
Liaise with Project, Construction and Account department for Vendor invoicing dossier and prepare Request for Payment (RFP).
Any other responsibilities given by Department Manager in relation to Department's function.

Job Requirements:

Degree in any Engineering discipline or Business Admin
Exposure in handling procurement matters (Purchasing) locally and internationally.
8-10 years working experience in the same field, preferably in Oil & Gas industry.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office, etc.
Able to work in team and possess excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
Proactive, resourceful and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
Fluent in Mandarin or Japanese is an added advantage.
