Butadiene (BD)
개요
1,3-부타디엔, 1,2-부타디엔, 부탄, 부텐 그리고 아세틸렌이 혼합된 mixed C4에서 1,3-부타디엔을 보통 회수하는 것이 부타디엔 추출 공정입니다. 1,3-부타디엔 분리는 mixed C4에서 solvent에 대한 선택적 용해도를 이용한 추출 방식을 이용합니다. 다양한 추출법이 존재하지만, 기본적으로는 모두 유사하며 각 공정별로 어떤 solvent를 사용하느냐에 따라 달라집니다.
특징
부타디엔 추출 공정은 mixed C4 탄화수소 혼합물에서 solvent를 이용하여 Crude 1,3-부타디엔과 Raffinate를 분리하도록 설계됩니다. 추출 공정은 Extractive and Conventional distillations, Solvent Stripping Section and Distillation Section 으로 구성되어 있습니다.
Extractive and conventional distillation Section
Mixed C4 탄화수소 가스가 extractive and conventional distillation으로 주입되어 crude 1,3-부타디엔과 Raffinate로 분리됩니다.
Solvent Stripping Section
Extractive and conventional distillation section에서 C4 탄화수소를 포함한 rich solvent는 stripping을 통해 lean solvent로 전환되고, 다시 회수된다. 에너지 손실을 줄이기 위해 hot lean solvent는 extraction column에 주입되기 전에 heating medium으로 여러 열교환기를 거치게 됩니다.
Distillation section
Crude 1,3-부타디엔은 propyne, 1,2-부타디엔과 C5 탄화수소를 포함하고 있으며, 최종 출하되기 전에 여러 단계의 증류탑을 거쳐 이들을 제거하여 고순도 제품으로 정제합니다. Propyne과 같은 경질 탄화수소 또는 1,2-부타디엔과 같은 중질 탄화수소는 탑으로부터 회수됩니다.
