October III 2024, India – Toyo-India is incredibly thrilled to unveil a strategic alliance between Toyo Engineering India Private Limited (TOYO-I) and Offshore Frontier Solutions Pte. Ltd.* (OFS-S) to establish a state-of-the-art Global Capability Centre in Bengaluru, India, designed to drive excellence on a global scale.

“Offshore Frontier Solutions Pte. Ltd. is a joint venture company formed by MODEC Inc. and Toyo Engineering Corporation in 2022 for the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation (EPCI) business of Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessels.”

“Toyo-I is leading EPC contractor in India with nearly 5 decades of experience in execution of Projects in the field of Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Chemicals, Cryogenic, Food processing, Specialty projects, Floating Production & Storage (FPSO), Synthetic Rubber, Green Energy & Solar.”

This new entity formed as a joint venture between  TOYO-I and OFS-S -
TOYO MODEC OFS India Private Limited (OFS-I) -
marks a new chapter in innovation and collaboration.

OFS-I will operate exclusively with OFS-S to deliver Front End Engineering & Design (FEED), Detailed Engineering and Procurement support service. These endeavors will focus on the topside of Floating Production Storage Offloading (FPSO) and Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) projects ensuring high quality, efficient execution, setting new standards in offshore engineering.

OFS-I expects to commence operation in Bengaluru around April 2025.

Establishment of Global Capability Centre through this joint venture reflects Toyo’s commitment to pursue fresh avenues for expansion and success.
