HRRL awards Toyo-India EPC contract for Rajasthan RefineryJan. 31, 2020　Toyo Engineering India Private Limited

Toyo Engineering India Private Limited (Toyo-India), won the EPC scope contract, under competitive bidding, for Diesel Hydrotreating Unit and Hydrogen Generation Unit plant package, part of Rajasthan Refinery Project (RRP).

Toyo-India’s scope under this contract is Engineering, Procurement Construction and Commissioning of 4.1 MMTPA capacity of Diesel Hydrotreating Unit (DHDT) and 55 KTPA capacity of Hydrogen Generation unit (HGU) on Lump Sum Turnkey (i.e. EPC LSTK) basis. Haldor Topsoe is the Licensor for DHDT and TechnipFMC is the licensor for Hydrogen Generation unit.

RRP with 9 MMTPA crude processing capacity, is under construction at Barmer in Rajasthan state of India, by HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL). HRRL is a Joint Venture between Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and Government of Rajasthan (GOR) with an equity participation of 74% and 26% respectively.
