Recruitment Fraud Notice
It was observed that there has been an increase in recruitment fraud involving scammers who post fraudulent job openings, or who contact job-seekers with fake job offers. Recent incidents have occurred involving unauthorized individuals or organizations falsely claiming to recruit on behalf of TOYO Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd “Toyo-Malaysia”. These organizations or individuals, claiming to either work for or be affiliated with TOYO Malaysia, notify individuals that their qualifications were found suitable to work as an employee (local or expatriate) for TOYO Malaysia and solicit the transfer of significant sums of money to pay for work permits, insurance policies, etc.
Please note that TOYO Malaysia does not (nor do any of the individuals/organizations that recruit on our behalf) ever ask for money or payments from applicants at any point in the recruitment process. All individuals who are successful in gaining an offer of employment from TOYO Malaysia, whether directly or indirectly, are always required to go through a formal recruitment process.
How to recognize fraud:
1. TOYO Malaysia never send job offers from free email services like Gmail, Yahoo mail, Hotmail etc.
2. TOYO Malaysia official website pages always include https://www.toyo-eng.com/my/en/
3. TOYO Malaysia never unauthorized anyone to either collect money or money transfer for payment of any kind will ever be requested from applicants nor by TOYO Malaysia or any of the agencies that recruit on our behalf, at any point in the recruitment process: or for immigration documents, insurance, or any other purpose.
