Toyo Engineering Korea Limited successfully shipped 4 big towers for S-OIL SHAHEEN ProjectNov. 5, 2024

Toyo Engineering Korea (Toyo-Korea) successfully shipped an initial shipment of 4 big towers (DII-Delivery Important Item) on time at Gangxin port, closed to Shanghai in China for S-OIL SHAHEEN project.

Rectifier / Afterwasher, weighing 412 tons, 86 meters long and ID (Inner Diameter) 4.8 meters, was one of the largest and heaviest towers of 10 big towers that Toyo-Korea placed an order to Chinese supplier, Zhangjiagang Furui Heavy Equipment (Furui).

After its arrival in Ulsan port in Korea, the towers will be installed in November, 2024 and at the beginning of 2025 for S-OIL SHAHEEN’s BDEU & C4 HDT Plant.

The S-OIL SHAHEEN project is continuing with the target of completion in June, 2026.

If the SHAHEEN project is successfully completed, it will be a great opportunity for Toyo-Korea to be recognized in the industry for its global supply capabilities.
