Toyo Engineering Korea acquired patent of Improvement for Organic Sludge Drying SystemApr. 22, 2020

On January 25, 2018, Toyo Engineering Korea (Toyo-Korea) developed a powerful drying system and registered the patent as Circulating Steam Reheating Drying System. This system has been further improved through continuing research and development.

Based on the Multi-stage Waste Drying System, which was patented on April 14, 2014, Toyo-Korea improved some parts of dryer such as driving system, paddle and screw and applied more detailed enclosed type sealing system and efficient heat blowing and improved safety systems to enable application to the pilot plant. As a result, the Improvement Patent for Organic Sludge Drying System was registered on April 8, 2020 which proves the performance of Toyo-Korea’s Drying System.

Toyo-Korea now possesses a unique patent technology for Organic Sludge Drying System through continuing research and development which provides a stepping stone for entering into the related industry.

Unique features of Toyo-Korea’s Drying System are as follows;
1. Zero condensate production during normal operation,
2. Evaporated moisture, which is the byproduct of the drying system and contains mixed compound odor, is thermally oxidized at a high temperature(850℃) and exhausted to the atmosphere. This will eliminate possible complaints from the public,
3. 30% energy saving comparing to the other conventional drying systems.
