Toyo Engineering Korea made Technical Service Agreement with Hanwha Total Petrochemical Co.Jan. 26, 2018

Toyo Engineering Korea Limited (Toyo-Korea) has entered into a Technical Service Agreement (TSA) with
Hanwha Total Petrochemical Co., Ltd (HTC) on January 24, 2018.

The purpose of this TSA is for Toyo-Korea to provide high-quality engineering service upon request for technical support by HTC on project-by-project basis. Duration of this agreement is from January, 2018 until January, 2022. (Total 5 years)
