On March 14, 2018, Toyo Engineering Korea (Toyo Korea) made an agreement with Environmental
Corporation of Incheon (仁川環境公團) for new environmental technology development of organic sludge drying system through close collaboration.

This agreement, which was held at conference room of Gaza business office, Environmental Corporation
of Incheon, was made for close collaboration to treat sewage sludge more efficiently through promoting
new environmental technology development and sharing the results of research & analysis data as well
as maintaining supply of sewage sludge for operating demonstration facilities of drying sewage sludge
of Toyo Korea in Incheon.

Based on this agreement, Toyo Korea has a plan to strengthen cooperation with each municipal office
as well as to promote new environmental technology development, as sustainable business item of
Toyo Korea.
