Toyo Engineering Korea Limited completed Paju EGKr ProjectOct. 28, 2013

As Toyo Engineering Korea Limited. (hereinafter referred to as “Toyo Korea”) has completed EGKr Project in Paju, that is a contract from EGKorea, NEG’s subsidiary company in South Korea, to provide Utility and Interconnection facility for its glass substrate plant(LCD), the client, EGKorea had the ceremony for completion successfully on Oct. 2, 2013. About four hundred distinguished guests such as the governor of Gyeonggi Province, the Mayor of Paju, the vice-chairman of LG Electronics, the chairman of LG Display, the chairman of NEG and etc. participated in the ceremony and in TOYO group, Mr. Osanai Toru, CEO of Toyo-Korea, PM of Toyo-Korea and Japan attended the ceremony.
(EGKr Project has been successfully ignited the first Furnace(K1-3) on June 21st, 2013, and then its second one(K1-2) on August 29th, 2013. The third Furnace(K1-1) will be ignited soon.) Meanwhile, as its second project(No.2) for EGKorea, the first Furnace is scheduled to be ignited at the end of May in 2014 while the ignition for the second Furnace and the third Furnace are due to be made at the middle of July and at the end of September in 2014, respectively. EGKorea is in the middle of constructing related facilities for the goals above. Also, Toyo Korea was awarded a new contract for an additional EPsCm project, and is trying to win a contract for upcoming projects which are connected with NO.2 project.
