Toyo Engineering Korea, Mr. Osanai Toru is appointed as a new presidentJun. 1, 2012

It is announced that Mr. Osanai Toru has joined the company as the new president & CEO as of June 1, 2012.
He was on the board member of Toyo Engineering Korea and he has been with Toyo Engineering Corporation, Engineering Management unit.
Former president/CEO, Mr. Miyashita kenjiro will be resigned his position and assigned as advisor.
The inauguration ceremony will be scheduled on June 4, 2012
