Toyo Engineering Korea held ‘2012 communication Skill & Leadership Skill Seminar’ on December 3, and 5 in 2012 with all employees at the event hall in posteel tower 3rd floor.
The seminar was prepared to make a place for communication and develop the employees’ refinement, with the year coming to a close.
On the 1st day, the lecture was conducted having the subject of Communication Skill that was targeted for the manager and lower grades(interns, staff, assistant manager, and manager) on the seminar. Mr. Kim, jin-man(MBC PD) who directed “Tears of Amazon”, and “Tears of Antartic”, and popular lecturer Ms. Park, Bo-young were invited as lecturers. They lectured intensely and received lots of sympathy. On the 2nd day, the lecture was conducting having the subject of Leader’s decision making and Leadership Skill that was targeted for the deputy general manager and higher grades(deputy general manager, general manager, associate director and executive officer) on the seminar. Mr. Heo, Tae-Gyun(Professor of Korea University), and Mr. Tak Hyun-Pil(Representative of Learning Networks) were invited as lecturers, and received fervent response of participants, by explaining qualification interestingly that leaders should have.
Toyo Engineering Korea expects to bring positive effects to the company as well as to the individuals, and will hold a seminar continuously with various subjects afterwards.
