Toyo Engineering Korea and SERVEONE establish Joint Venture, âLG Toyo Engineering Co. Ltd.âNov. 4, 2010
Toyo Engineering Korea and SERVEONE have signed the joint venture agreement dated on July 20, 2010 and launched LG Toyo Engineering Co., Ltd. on Oct. 01, 2010 based on the shared vision of establishment of joint venture in Korea for the primary purpose of engaging in the business of conventional engineering and expanding its business field to the Eco-friendly business in future.
Under the regulatory law of Korea, joint stock company “LG Toyo Engineering Co.,Ltd.” was established and registered from Seoul Central District Court with its main office at Olive tower 15th floor, Seosomun-dong Jung-gu, Seoul, Korea.
Meanwhile, Toyo Engineering Korea subscribed thirty percent of all issued and outstanding shares of the company and the seventy percent of all shares was allocated to SERVEONE.
