Toyo Engineering Korea held ‘2009 Mind Innovation Seminar’ on September 18 at 17:00, with 300 employees including the head of Mirae Asset Investment research center Kang chang hee, president & CEO of Toyo Engineering Korea Miyashita Kenjiro and CFO Han sung man at the Event Hall in Posteel Tower.
The Seminar was designed to promote communication skill in global management and set the healthy communication culture in Toyo-Korea as part of Toyo Korea’s human resource development program. Toyo Korea’s president and CEO Miyashita Kenjiro says that communication comes with trust and respect will lead us on successful inter connection in business relationship especially in PMC work. “So if you want to have smooth communication, you have to be open-minded, become a quick responder, and have control power of Human relationship,” Mr. Miyashita says. Along with that, CFO of Toyo Korea Han sung man presents ‘How to strengthen communication strategies’ such as identifying audience, performing reflective listening, and build & consistently use key messages.
Also, invited speaker Kang chang hee of the head of Mirae Asset Investment research center brought impressive response from Toyo-Korea’s employees by suggesting sound investment and efficient asset management for designing life cycle.
Toyo Korea expects this seminar will bring fresh blood to company and hopefully it will lead continuous improvement of healthy communication culture and mind innovation of employees as a part of human resource development program.
