Toyo-C Awarded New Contract by Hitachi Chemical (Nantong)Dec. 5, 2012　Toyo Engineering Corporation(China)

Toyo Engineering Corporation, China (Toyo-China, President, Kiyoshi Nakao), has been awarded a contract for new plant to be constructed in Nantong, by Hitachi Chemical (Nantong) Co., Ltd., . The plant is scheduled for completion at the end of 2012.

Initially, Hitachi Chemical conducted its own project feasibility study aimed at the continuously expanding Chinese market. Following a bidding process which also evaluated Chinese and Japanese competitors, Toyo-China won the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract for the 24,600 t/y plant.

TOYO will now submit proposals in line with the client’s requirements and proceed to optimal implementation based on Global Toyo’s advanced network.
