In June 2014, the company finished construction of a specialty ester manufacturing plant in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province for OXEA, a major German specialty chemicals producer. Construction of the plant took 25 months, during which Toyo-China provided EPsCm. The company also achieved one million hours of incident and injury free operations during the project. The ester plant was OXEA’s first production facility in Asia.
