Effective Jul 30th 2009, Toyo-C will be granted a domestic procurement license, which means we can engage in foreign trade and no longer need to utilize agents. This is historically significant because, we have the honor of being the 1st WOFE (Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise) petro-chemical engineering company granted this privilege in China.
